A fascist salute is much more rigid and much less relaxed.
This guy just looks like he's annoyed with someone who is trying to get his attention.

Thank you Rob... yes, I'm back @ work and struggling a bit to get time and focus for art@work... but will continue as best i can. Yes, guess my efforts are really just novelty in the universe - but there are some who think that is what it is all about. As for the limp salute -- well maybe he is holiday? Actually, it is a picture of a CEO of a bank delivering a masive $xx billion dollar profit statement to shareholders. I think the stiff 'erections' salutes were from the 'followers' who get the buzz. If you watch how Hitler and his mate Mussolini did it (being the top roosters) it was generally much more relaxed and 'gay'. Cheers. R
