A Top-end Chef's 'Heart of Darkness' Delight

QLD COP LIVER SUI

Take 1 blackened Aboriginal liver and tenderise with an old police boot
Punch in a sprinkle of QLD justice system with closed fists
Pour in slowly a litre of some good Plam Island outrage juice
Crack 4 ribs & boil with the other boot over night
Remove and cool in slow autopsy
Leave for a few days and then strain through a course DPP rag strainer
Serve hot, or chilled, with classic police union cheese mould or field truffles

Hint: for something special, eat with whipped white cream on the steps of a Parliament House near you.
